The staff are very kind and good with the children, although there are too many children to the amount of staff working. It is a home daycare and has two full-time workers for about 15 children. The lady who owns the home and runs the daycare has her younger teenage children help out when they can, or fill in whenever she is not there, which is quite often. The home has a very good set-up for children, the owner of the home lives in the basement with her husband and children so they can use the upper level for the daycare. The house is very dirty. They do not disinfect toys every day like they should. The house has a foul odor and my childrens clothes often come home smelling terrible. When bringing up things about the children or the daycare with the owner she would get defensive and become quite aggressive. We gave her a months notice when we decided it would be the best to switch daycares, and she told me we had a week to find new care and our sons had to be out. Very unprofessional. Very dirty.
